Well, would you look at that. I’m actually keeping up with stuff. I didn’t anticipate writing the second issue only a week later, but here we are. There’s been some interesting stuff that I want to share with you all. Again – anything goes. I do tend to procrastinate a lot, so that’s how I find all that stuff. Well, both that and the Facebook/Twitter/Reddit feeds that have already learned what I like.

HERE WE GO…

MUSIC

  • ART-IFICIAL CONVERSING 01-11 : Bit of an auto-promo here. Me and my friend VelevitArt have been working on a project for quite some time now and we’ve been releasing a single every week. We just feed off of ourselves and artworks influences music, which then influences the next artwork etc.. Hope you like it!

You can also get the music on Bandcamp!

BLIPS AND BLOOPS

  • Minimal Audio’s Rift Filter : Very interesting morphing filter plugin. FREE for early adopters as well! I can already see some creative ways to use it in my production. MIX fader is nice for to add some subtle movements, but you really want to go crazy, put it at 100%, throw some more effects and ĺ̴̩e̷̍͜ț̶̚ ̸̡͑t̶̞͆h̸̺͒ë̴̖́ ̶͑͜ c̸͕͎͘h̶̢͔̟͔̽̅̎̈͠á̷̧͕̗̺̭̏͛o̷̭̞͛̈́̀s̷̥̙͔̐̓̓́̕͜ͅ ̵̛̣͈͍̉ȇ̶͙̣̚m̷͍̖̫̓̈́̽̍ě̶͎̠̆͂̚r̷̢̳̙͔̅̈́͂g̶̢͎̱̒̑̉e̵̡̘͋́͗͒͝.

  • Will Cecil’s Pixel Encoder : Really fun looking plugin for After Effects/Premiere that allows you to transform your video into a pixel animation. Looks pretty versatile and could be a good inspiration tool.

  • FabFilter Timeless 3 : FabFilter doesn’t stop to amaze me. Another reworked and improved plugin (after Saturn 2) that immediately imspires and can be a real creative workhorse.

RANDOM STUFF

  • Ozzy vs ARP 2600 : This is pretty much me with every synth. It got better now (when I know that most of the knobs and faders do), but some still puzzle me…

And there we are. Second issue DONE. Have a good weekend, everyone!
